EMSP - 2100 Patient Assessments

Prerequisite(s): EMSP-2000 and EMSP-2000L
Co-requisite(s): EMSP-2050, EMSP-2050L, EMSP-2100L and EMSP-2400
This course provides classroom experiences necessary to develop the knowledge, critical thinking skills, and professionalism expected of the entry-level paramedic. The content will focus on the various components of patient assessment: therapeutic communications, history taking, scene evaluation, primary and secondary assessment, reassessment, and clinical decision making.
