CNST - 1611 Wall, Roof, and Stair Construction

Pre- or Co-requisite(s): CNST-1600 or equivalent experience.
This course introduces basic wall systems & steps of layout Including both wood and steel framing. Common roof types and framing components, rafter layout and roof sheathing are covered. Stair types, components, essential construction techniques, and introduction to building envelope systems for moisture and insulation are included.
