PHED - 1800 Designing a Personalized Fitness Program This course provides students the opportunity to develop strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, and power by executing specific exercises and activities. The student will learn how to design an individualized exercise program to meet personal goals. This course will also address historical, social, cultural, economic, and other forces that influence, and are influenced by, physical activity.
