CNST - 2650 Advanced Construction Techniques

Pre- or Co-requisite(s): CNST - 1600, CNST - 1610, CNST - 1611, CNST - 2610, and CNST - 2611, or equivalent experience
This course builds on fundamental construction skills and focuses on advanced residential and light commercial building applications. Students will study and apply a wide range of construction materials and methods, including concrete footings and foundations, building layout and site surveying for elevation and grading. Students will also explore advanced framing systems and specialty structural components.
